We operate lean as a fully remote, national law firm providing legal services to buyers, sellers, employers, employees, and founders. We pride ourselves on being personable, genuine, and responsive.

Mason Gardner
Founder & Managing Partner
As an attorney and entrepreneur with extensive experience in BigLaw and Big4 consulting, Mason brings this experience and a personable, client-first approach to the practice of law. Throughout his career, he has represented buyers and sellers in the employee benefits, executive compensation, and employment aspects of mergers & acquisitions, and advised on sophisticated ERISA and executive compensation matters.
He is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal and business challenges with practical and thoughtful counsel. He is known for his executive presence, responsiveness, and ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Mason founded Momentum Advisors to bring those qualities directly to the clients he serves without the unreasonable rate hikes, pretense, or red tape often associated with traditional law firms.
His approach is rooted in genuine partnership: understanding each client’s business, anticipating challenges, and delivering practical, thoughtful solutions tailored to their goals. He negotiates legal contracts on behalf of Momentum and looks forward to helping his clients do the same.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the great outdoors, hiking national parks, and can often be found at the local CrossFit box.
